Late last night on Twitter, Keith Olbermann started complaining about Glenn Beck's mammoth Restoring Honor event in Washington, D.C. And complaining.
Criticizing the crowd counts. Mocking the attendees. Insisting he would never want to hold such a rally. That, frankly, he doesn't even care about Glenn Beck and it's foolish that anyone does. After his 42nd (42nd!) comment, we had a brief exchange:
Apparently, Keith had to grab his Peter Gabriel cassettes for an overnight drive to Washington, D.C.

Interesting. I was at home--too old-too decrepit-too broke to make the trip.
Watched it on Facebook/Ustream with 130k + of my closest friends.
There were some trolls in the count--some looked like Keef might have written them (in the chat stream).
I don't have any clue how many were watching CSPAN.
But only 87k there.
There were 3,00 buses, I think I heard. At 50 per bus, that would be 150,000 wouldn't it?
Does NBC own CBS now?

The only eyewitness testimony that I have found said that "thee were at least a 1000 buses" thee, where ever "there" was.
So that would only be 50,000 in buses.

Tiny crowd? The most aggressive liars - er, spinners - put it at 87,000. The Beloved Reverend Brother Bullshit's crowd was 3,000. So it was 30:1 - at WORST.
Olbermann must be confusing Beck's crowd with something else near him of substandard size.
